Loggic, our new state-of-the-art measuring and control system is now available for installation across both existing and new Woodsman Pro harvesting heads.
Loggic has been meticulously designed by our engineers to specifically make life easier for operators and deliver the ultimate in processing performance and return on investment.
Developed on-site at our factories in Rotorua, Loggic pulls the best features from our OptiPlus system and combines them with exclusive upgrades.
When using Loggic, you will find there’s improved reliability because of the automatic back-up system, easy-to-use fault-finding information displayed where you need it when you need it, and simple send-off of files without having to navigate through multiple programs. Operators won’t have to fight with the predictive optimiser, resulting in faster cutting cycle times, and Loggic is compatible with STICKS and uses StanForD and digital calipers for quality-control reporting.
Phil Jones from Roxburgh Contracting has been using Loggic for the last month and says “I’m really impressed with Loggic, it’s very user-friendly and easy to navigate through. Loggic’s log-making performance is very advanced; with diameters’ readings coming in faster (than OptiPlus) from the head to the machine, making my life way easier. Another stand-out feature I’m impressed with, is when I get to the end of the stem and cut the end off with my top saw, I can use the quality button and the computer will work out the best grades to cut the rest of the stem, which really minimises wastage”.
